| 1.1.1.1. It is the customer's
responsibility to ensure that their records are kept up
to date with us, especially PO Box address, telephone
number and email address..
1.1.1.2. Each client is wholly responsible for maintaining
the secrecy of his betting account and should make every
effort to prevent the use of his personal account number
by any third party. Any transactions entered into where
the account holder's number and password have been given
to affect a wager shall stand as bona fide transactions
dependent only upon the current balance in the account.
1.1.1.3. Management reserves the right to limit and/or
refuse any bet or refund the balance of their account
without further explanation.
1.1.1.4. All information received will be kept strictly
confidential. No record of winnings is reported to any
government agency however; customers are encouraged
to comply with their local laws in this respect .As
it stands present there are No Laws That Prohibit Bahamians
From Gambling Online.
1.1.1.5. Management reserves the right to change, amend
or add to these rules as they see fit by giving no further
notice than posting the current rules on the website.
1.1.1.6. A client is deemed to have accepted these
rules by opening an account, or by placing a bet with
Nassau Red.
1.1.1.7. You must be 18 years of age or older in order
to place a valid bet with Nassau Red. Management reserves
the right to recognize and or void bets placed by a
minor.
1.1.1.8. Should funds be credited to a client's account
in error, it is the customer's responsibility to notify
Nassau Red of the error without delay. Any winnings
subsequent to the error and prior to the notification
of Nassau Red, whether related to the error or not,
shall be considered invalid and returned to Nassau Red.
1.1.1.9. Wagers taken on an incorrect event due to
computer error will be deemed no action. In the event
that this occurs, Nassau Red reserves the right to either
void any affected bets (wagers) or to correct the error
and settle the affected bets account balance.
1.1.1.10. Nassau Red shall in no event, nor under any
circumstances, be liable for any damages or losses without
limitation that may have resulted from or caused by
this website or its content, including without limitation
delays or interruptions in operation or transmission,
communications lines failure, any person's use or misuse
of the site or it's content, or any errors or omissions
in content.
1.1.1.11. Any and all bets placed in an attempt in
any way to defraud Nassau Red will be deemed void. Any
and all bets made or contracted by any professional
gambler or member, employee or associate of a Nassau
Red, or family member of such a person or group, who
has not previously identified themselves to management,
shall be voided and the balances in such accounts held
by Nassau Red.
1.2. Terms of acceptance of wagers.
1.2.1. Clients making any bets must be 18 years of age
or older.
1.2.2. It is the client's responsibility to check their
account balance at the beginning of each betting session.
1.2.3. Clients are responsible for giving the correct
account number and password when logging on to their
accounts or when contacting Nassau Red through its preferred
methods of contact, via email, ICQ or telephone.
1.2.4. All Internet wagers must be placed through the
user interface provided by Nassau Red on its Web pages.
Any Internet wagering through other means, including
the use of a "robot" player, is strictly forbidden.
In the event that use of non-approved client software
is detected, Management reserves the right to invalidate
all such wagers retroactively, cancel the player's account,
or take any other appropriate action.
1.2.5. Bets placed by credit, or debit card, do not
become valid until the company has received payment.
In the event that such payment is not forthcoming before
the event bet on commences, then that bet is automatically
void. To avoid any delays we recommend DigiCash PIN
cards.
1.2.6. Any employee of Nassau Red may offer no credit.
It is the client's responsibility to maintain sufficient
funds in their account, and to place their bets accordingly.
Nassau Red reserves the right to void any bet which
may be inadvertently accepted when the client's account
does not have sufficient funds to cover the entire bet.
1.2.7. There will be no refunds, changing of plays
or switching of bets after an official wager has been
placed. Exceptions do apply and are at the discretion
of Nassau Red.
