What happens if I get disconnected from

from the internet in the middle of a game, the next
time you log into the casino, the game will restore
your bet, balance and the unfinished play. |

How do I buy chips? |

Can I return money to my credit card?

How do I get paid? |
| Fist thing is to formally request
a payout from our Payouts Department, once we
confirm your personal information and balance,
your credit card will be credited back for the
buys and the extra balance (winnings) will be
send to you according to the arrangement made
with our Payouts Department. If funded by DigiCash
Cards when we confirm your personal info is correct
we will arrange how you will receive payments.
Usually Payouts of $500 or less will be made in
cash and anything more will be by checks.

We reserve the right to request documentation
prior to authorizing any withdrawal request, to
verify the authenticity of the credit card information
and/or the identification of the player. This

All payouts over $5,000 will be paid out via installments

For example, a $17,500 winner will be paid $5,000

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS |
Why my computer does freezes up in the middle of
a game? Most of the times that this
happens it could be caused by 2 main reasons:
1. The browser program that the user has is not
full compatible with the standard Flash MX gaming
requirements, the ONLY browsers that we recommend
are Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 4.0 or
higher and Netscape Navigator. Otherwise even
though the commercial ones provided by several
ISP's do work fine with HTML code pages, are very
weak on Flash MX decoding performance and crash
constantly.
2. The connection that the user has is a fluctuating
the speed. This means that it does not have a
content speed but it lowers and raises the bps
crashing the Flash MX program on line.
Do I loose my money if my computer freezes up
or gets suddenly disconnected while I'm playing?
NOT AT ALL! Our casino servers have a security
system integrated to the gamming functions. If
by any chance the user gets disconnected in the
middle of a hand, that would be NO problem because
it was previously saved by the system and next
time that the user logs in will find the game
table exactly as it was when the computer went
offline. We also recommend our customers to wait
a fair 15 minutes time before the next gaming
session. This will give to the main server enough
time to refresh and release all the stocked accounts
to be ready to play again. Otherwise, it will
give an error message. |
